RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Oria we want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We understand that each purchase you make is an investment and we want to be sure that you have all the details of our return & exchange policy below:
- All of our pieces are Handmade to order beauties therefore we do not accept any return or refund.
- Customized pieces ( Engraved,special stones etc..) cannot be returned.
- We can offer a one time free return if the piece needs to be exchanged to a bigger size or requires alteration ( small bracelet /short necklace ) however we encourage you to check the size under each item.
-For damaged or defective items please email us at info@oria.jewelry with a picture of the defected item for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order.We will then arrange a free return & exchange typically within 7 days.
- If you require any particular length please do send us an email at info@oria.jewelry and we also offer solid gold extensions (5-7cm) to help you get the length you need for your necklaces.
