SHIPPING POLICY
In this policy, we set out details of the delivery methods, duration, and charges that apply to product orders made through our website, email, or any form of Social Media (e.g., Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook).
Ready to order items will be delivered the second day or within the 4 hours delivery method ,our partner in the UAE is Quiqup and delivery fees will be calculated upon checkout.
You must receive your order at the delivery address and provide a signature.
Our representative will call you beforehand to arrange the delivery and make sure someone is at home for pick up and signature.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for international shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been placed a tracking number will be sent to your email
For handmade to order or customized items please allow us 10 to 16 days for production and delivery.
