Shipping policy

In this policy, we set out details of the delivery methods, durations, and charges that apply to product orders made through our website, email, or any form of Social Media (e.g., Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook).

• Ready to order items will be delivered within 4 hours or second day delivery method . 
  
• Cut off time for 4 hours and next day delivery is 3pm. 
  
• Our partner in the UAE is Quiqup and DHL for international deliveries . 
  
• Delivery fees will be calculated upon checkout. 
  
• Free delivery is offered for items above 1500 AED. 
  
• You must receive your order at the delivery address and provide a signature. 
  
• Once your order has been placed a tracking number will be sent to your email 
  
• Our representative will call you beforehand to arrange the delivery and make sure someone is at home for pick up and signature. 
  
• Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer. 
• For handmade to order or customized items please allow us 10 to 16 days for production and delivery.
