Though Oria’s operational heart resides within the UAE, the majority of the product crafting and manufacture takes place under the expert supervision of our Beirut based Master Atelier. After the final artistic flourishes have been applied, the products are shipped directly to the UAE.

Beyond the region, we also collaborate with a network of international jewelry designers —curating and creating special pieces across the globe.

Plates are for food. We only work with the finest 18 carat gold. Even the clasps of our simplest chokers are built from certifiably pure 18 carat gold

To help preserve their uniqueness, most Oria pieces are bespoke — handmade-to-order artifacts. Despite this challenge, we endeavor to maintain average delivery times of around 10 to 16 days, though this is only an estimate. We understand that you’re keen to wear your new purchases as soon as possible, so we pledge to keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way. And for those last-minute gifting requirements, we have deliberately set aside a dedicated collection of some of our best-selling pieces, available to purchase, dispatch and deliver to your door within four hours or the next day.

At Oria, we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, for our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns except for repairs or defective items. If your piece has been damaged or is defective, please email us at info@oria.jewelry within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a repair authorization. Customized pieces, including those with engraving, names, or bespoke stones, cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or there is a mutually agreed-upon defect. For defective items, please email us at info@oria.jewelry within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return, and we will send you a replacement or a credit voucher. We do offer exchanges on pieces that are not handmade to order and are available in stock. Exchanges can be made within 7 days.

Yes. A thousand times yes. Our singular aim to provide each member of our Oria family with a product that they love, and one that is right for them. If that means tinkering with the size, color, birthstone or inset gems, to help you realize your visions and desires, we’d consider it an honour to perform that service for you. We even have a specific bespoke category, where certain customer designs selected by us end up being retained for the range, forever bearing your name.
